Ushindi Homes exists because buying property in Kenya is harder than it should be. Information is scattered, incentives are misaligned, and buyers are too often sold to rather than advised.

We started by doing one thing properly: marketing and selling quality apartments on behalf of developers we have checked ourselves, in areas we know well — Syokimau and Mlolongo, Nairobi West, South B and South C, and the Thika Road corridor through Ruiru and Juja.

Our journey
