Our team

Every customer is the responsibility of the entire team

You will have a named consultant, but you are not dependent on one person being available. We share what we know.

Grace Wanjiru Mwangi

Senior Property Consultant, Mombasa Road & Nairobi

Grace has spent eight years helping people buy homes along Mombasa Road and in Nairobi's southern estates. She advises buyers in Syokimau and Mlolongo, Nairobi West, South B and South C, and knows which blocks have reliable water, how service charges compare and what a fair price per square metre looks like street by street. Before joining Ushindi Homes she worked in mortgage sales, so buyers often ask her to compare a developer payment plan with a mortgage.

Kevin Otieno Ochieng

Property Consultant, Thika Road

Kevin covers the Thika Road corridor, from the Eastern Bypass and Kamakis in Ruiru to Juja. He works with families buying their first maisonette and with investors buying rental units near JKUAT, and he is particular about titles: he walks every buyer through the official search and the survey map before they commit, because subdivided land is common in this corridor.
