What to check before you buy here

Water and road access vary street by street. Ask about the borehole yield and storage, the state of the access road in the rainy season, and whether the block sits inside the Syokimau or Mlolongo boundary, as this affects rates and services. On the highway side, view a road-facing unit before deciding: noise and dust from Mombasa Road are real.
